Day 1 ISTANBUL

Welcome to İstanbul. Transfer from the airport and check in your hotel. Istanbul is surrounded by the open markets and lovely streets. You can enjoy your day on your own. Overnight in Istanbul. 

Day 2 ISTANBUL

Meet your guide at the hotel lobby and start the amazing Tour of İstanbul, the capital of the Roman Empire and the Ottomans. Visit Hippodrome where you will see the German Fountain, Egyptian Obelisk, Serpentine Column, and Constantine Column. The Hippodrome witnessed chariot races during the Roman and Byzantine periods and was used as training ground for the Ottoman soldiers and for festivals. After, continue to the stunning Blue Mosque which is famous for its blue tiles. The next stop is Topkapi Palace where you will see the peerless treasury of the Ottomans. After Topkapi Palace, you can take a break for lunch. Following the lunch, visit one of the most important churches of Christianity, Haghia Sophia, the church of Holy Wisdom. Grand Bazaar will be the last visit of the day. Overnight in Istanbul. 

Day 3 ISTANBUL

Meet your guide at the hotel and visit Basilica Cistern, also known as the ‘’Underground Palace’’, which once was one of the most important cisterns of Istanbul, providing water to the city. After Basilica Cistern, have a lovely walk to Spice Bazaar to enjoy the smell of spices and the stunning atmosphere. Later, start your private Bosphorus Boat Tour to see unique view of the city (Approx 2 Hours). Next, you can take a break for lunch. After the lunch, visit Dolmabahce Palace, the last royal residence of the Ottoman Empire, which still contains the furniture and the artifacts used by the Ottoman Dynasty. Overnight in Istanbul. 

Day 4 CAPPADOCIA

Check out of the hotel and be transferred to the airport for our flight to Cappadocia. You will be met by your guide at the airport in Cappadocia and start the tour. Today, visit Devrent and Pasabag valleys, where you will have the opportunity to see the unique Cappadocian rock formations. Local food Pottery Kebab is recommended for lunch. Cappadocia is the center of traditional handcrafts such as Pottery and Carpets. Have a visit to Pottery Workshop in Avanos to see this ancient art passing through generations. Overnight in Cappadocia. 

Day 5 CAPPADOCIA

Start the Day with lovely Hot Air Balloon Flight (Optional). You will be picked up from hotel by the balloon company and have one hour of flight on the balloon. After the flight, you will be back to hotel. (Aprrox 3,5 hrs. total)

Meet your guide at the hotel lobby for the tour after breakfast. The first stop will be a natural terrace with the lovely panoramic view of Goreme Village to take photos. Later, visit Goreme Open Air Museum to have a look at its cave churhes. Goreme Open Air Museum is a 1550-year-old Christian Monastery with churches carved into the rock and lovely frecso paintings decorating their walls.  Next, you can take a break for lunch. After the lunchi drive to Kaymaklı Underground city and finish the day at Pigeon Valley‘s viewpoint. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 6 CAPPADOCIA / ANTALYA

Start the day by driving towards Konya on the historical Silk Road. On the way, you will visit impressive Caravanserai of Sultanhani, built in 13th. Century. The caravanserai was a stop for Silk Road traders and here we will see the accommodations and Turkish baths for the weary travelers, stabling for horses and camels, storage halls. You will, then, visit Konya, known as Iconium in ancient times, and Paul preached here on his first missionary journey.  In Konya, a visit to Mevlana Museum which records and celebrates the life of Celaleddin Rumi the founder of the Mevlana Sufi Sect.

After a  3 hours drive, you will visit for the theather of Aspendos, known for the best-preserved Roman Age theater of Mediterranean. Overnight in Antalya. 

Day 7 KAS

Meet your guide at the hotel lobby in the morning and 1 hour drive to Phaselis ancient city, loacted by Mediterranean to visit its ancient ruins. (you will have a swimming break in the ancient harbour). You will then, drive to Ulupinar Village which is surrended by oak and plane trees to have lunch in a local restaurant.

After lunch, drive to ancient city of Myra, known as where Santa Claus lived in the history. Visit its ancient Theatre and stunning rock tumbs. Possibility to have a look at St. Nicolas Church as well. We drive to Kas, very popular holiday town among the turks by Mediterranean. Overnight in Kas.

Day 8 KAS

Meet your guide in the morning and drive 45 min. for a full day boat tour to Kekova Island, one of the best districts of the country to enjoy Mediterranean. Including swimming breaks during the day, you will also have an opportunity to take a stop at Kalekoy Village to visit its ancient castle with amazing view and walk around to see local life as well. Overnight in Kas. 

Day 9 PAMUKKALE

Check out of the hotel in the morning and a drive to  Pamukkale. world famous for its spring water that cascades over steep, natural terraces to form pools, channels and stalactites which give rise to Pamukkale’s modern name ‘Cotton -castle’. (One of the natural wonders of the world formed by deposits of calcareous salts.) We will also visit the ancient Roman Health Spa of Hierapolis. The Ancient Pool is also called ‘Cleopatra s Pool’ warmed by hot springs and littered with underwater fragments of ancient marble columns. We tour the ruins of the ancient city of Hierapolis and see the impressive Theatre with seats still in perfect condition. Overnight in Pamukkale.

Day 10 EPHESUS

Check out of the hotel and drive to to the modern town of Selcuk to visit the House of Virgin Mary, where the Virgin is said to have lived the last years of her life. The house of Virgin Mary is a typical Roman architectural example, entirely made of stones. The site is officially declared a shrine of the Roman Catholic Church and visited by Pope Paul VI in 1967, Pope John Paul II in 1976 and Pope Benedict XVI in 2006. Today, only the central part and a room on the right of the altar are open to visitors.

After lunch break, visit the ancient city of Ephesus, the capital of Asia State of Roman Empire and one of the most important trade centers, known as the best preserved Greko-Roman ancient city in Turkiye to see its magnificent ruins such as the Odeon, Trajan’s Fountain, The Temple of Hadrian, Celsus Library, Theatre in the ancient city.

Visit the Temple of Artemis, renowned for its impressive size and architecture, featuring 127 Ionic columns that are 19 meters high. This temple is also considered the oldest bank in the ancient world. Overnight in Kusadasi.

Day 11 CANAKKALE

Embark on an enchanting journey as you leave the hotel and embark on a 3-hour scenic drive to explore the Hellenistic city of Pergamon. This historic kingdom, known for its art and learning, boasts a defensive acropolis with a steep theater and the renowned Asklepieion healing center. Discover the Acropolis of Pergamon with its Antique Theater and Altar of Zeus, now in the Berlin Museum. Explore the library, the birthplace of parchment, and in the afternoon, delve into the legendary city of Troy, known for the Trojan War and featured in Homer’s epics. Witness ongoing excavations and encounter a symbolic Trojan horse. Overnight in Canakkale.

Day 12 ISTANBUL

Today, check out the hotel and drive to your hotel in Istanbul (approx. 5 hours). End of our service.
