Depart from the hotel after breakfast for a full-day tour. Your first destination is Pamukkale, known as “The Cotton Castle in the Sky.” Pamukkale, meaning “The Cotton Castle,” has been a popular settlement since ancient times, famed for its thermal waters with supposed healing powers. These unique terraces were formed by warm spring water at a temperature of 35 °C, rich in calcium bicarbonate. Today, Pamukkale is declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The tour continues to the ancient city of Hierapolis, known for having the largest necropolis with 1200 tombs in Anatolia. One highlight is Cleopatra’s Pool, where shallow thermal waters flow over the ruins of an ancient Roman city.
At the end of the tour, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
